Follow this step
1. click the word of "ads by google" on my page
2. if u have blog/website .. choose publisher.
3. fill the form and register. ( if u dont have gmail. sign gmail)
4. use adsense setup to setup ads on your site/blog.
5. copy the HTM code and pastu to ur site.
